Job Description- Greet customers upon arrival in the service department, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Perform a walk-around inspection and assessment of vehicles to ensure accuracy.
- Verify basic vehicle information to facilitate efficient processing.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor to address their needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Service Drive-through area.
- Assist customers with directing inquiries to relevant departments.
- Arrange ride shares or shuttle rides as necessary.
- Drive vehicles from the service lane to designated parking areas.
- Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and ID tags in vehicles undergoing service.
- Clean and maintain departmental facilities and grounds.
- Process multiple check-in procedures for incoming vehicles.
- Conduct additional tasks such as battery testing, trouble code inspections, tire tread depth checks, and vacuuming vehicles before washing them.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, process-driven habits, and teamwork skills.
- Possess general knowledge and experience in the automotive field.
- Excel in verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Take pride in connecting with customers and dedicating time to build relationships.
- Display exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, prioritization, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarize yourself with policies and procedures within the Fixed Operations Department.
- Hold a valid BC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
