Restaurant Assistant Manager

WIND RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and lead a team of 3-4 people to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and manage events to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and cost products and services to maintain profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work conditions.
