Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and returns to our restaurant.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, point of sale systems, and other technology to manage restaurant operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, dependability, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
