Restaurant Operations Manager

At WIND RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and lead a team of 3-4 people to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and drive sales growth through effective sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Event Management: Manage events, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and proficiency in electronic cash registers and point of sale systems.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
