Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Operations Director to lead our team at Premier Truck Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive branch.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the entire dealership operation, ensuring that all aspects are running efficiently and profitably.
  • Direct and monitor department managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Leadership: Direct and manage the daily activities of the dealership, ensuring that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including monthly forecasts and budget analysis.
  3. Human Resources: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
