District Manager in Training

Our mission is to provide officially licensed products from professional sports leagues and trendy sports and fashion brands to our customers. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a District Manager in Training. This role will provide the opportunity to develop your skills in sales leadership, customer service, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to our Operations P&P Manual.
- Complete the DMIT Training Program to enhance your core skill set, including recruiting, developing, coaching, leading, and training.
- Train store personnel on standard operating procedures, as well as State/Provincial and Federal laws and regulations.
- Communicate consistently with store personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Act as the liaison between the District Sales Manager and the stores under your direction.
- Take appropriate actions to ensure each store maximizes sales, minimizes asset loss, and conforms to budgetary requirements.
- Travel extensively (up to 90%) from store-to-store, within a given geographic area.
- Perform work of subordinates as needed.
- Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
- Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs.
- Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One-year relevant experience or; two-year degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience or; three years of relevant experience.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
- Ability to operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
- Possess a current valid driver's license, certificate of insurance coverage, and the ability to drive an automobile.
- Driving required for up to 100% of the daily work schedule.
- Standing required for up to 90% of the daily work schedule.
- Relative computer hardware and software experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
