About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Administrator and Operations Manager to join our team at OptiCare Training Centre. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Description

This role is responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, oversee payroll administration, plan and control budget and expenditures, and possess strong computer and technology knowledge including electronic mail, Quick Books, spreadsheet, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, Google Drive, and image editing software.

Area of Specialization

The successful candidate will have experience in project management and accounting, with excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and a strong team player attitude.

Estimate Salary Range

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
