Job Title: Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team at ADP. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development
Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
Provide coaching and guidance to HR Business Partners to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related role
Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
