About the Role:

This pivotal role is instrumental in nurturing and expanding strategic reseller partnerships. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with both Vendor and TD SYNNEX's objectives, and in evaluating the success of these programs through ROI analysis. Your expertise in TD SYNNEX's program offerings and recruitment strategies will be key as you collaborate with our Sales teams to engage strategic partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROI from pivotal programs, offering insights and strategies for enhancement.
  • Forge robust partnerships with TD SYNNEX Marketing, vendor teams, and representatives to effectively orchestrate vendor-funded and grassroots marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with TD SYNNEX community members to facilitate communication and the execution of marketing activities.
  • Assess partner capabilities and areas for growth, collaborating with Sales to onboard partners that complement our geographic and technological portfolio.
  • Design and deliver presentations for the customer segment of vendor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), showcasing strategic approaches and achievements.
  • Coordinate support for conferences and events, managing marketing efforts, materials, and logistics.
  • Advocate for and support marketing programs in alignment with Vendor and TD SYNNEX's vision.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of TD SYNNEX marketing solutions, including the official TDS marketing line card, services, value-add offerings, and grassroots activities.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-centric role.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision and clarity in communication.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • A strong capacity for understanding, engaging, and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage high workloads with a constructive attitude.
