About the Role

Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partner development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and revenue for our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market adoption of ISV solutions on AWS
- Manage and work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs
- Engage assigned partners' field sales organization, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic business plans, team development, and marketing enabling a partner to meet their goals

About You
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree
