Job Title: Bilingual Project Order Engineering Specialist

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Project Order Engineering Specialist to join our team in Burlington, ON. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with complex project orders and make a meaningful impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and coordinate technical aspects of project orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, plants, field sales, and customers to resolve technical issues and address customer concerns.
  • Manage multiple project orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain technical integrity of assembled-to-order projects.
  • Fulfill project documentation requirements, including operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or electrical/mechanical engineering technologist diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Bilingual in English/French, with the ability to communicate fluently in French with customers and sales teams/English with all other supporting functions.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience working with complex and large projects in the electrical industry and assemblies, either in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineering License (P. Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Strong technical background in industrial and construction products.
  • Strong application knowledge of Power Engineered Products.
