Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage and coordinate project orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project commitments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain commercial integrity of project orders, including reviewing customer purchase orders, ensuring system data integrity, and maintaining financial control measures.
- Manage multiple project orders, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders.
- Lead project meetings, provide guidance to team members, and ensure project objectives are understood and met.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding project status, shipment schedules, and invoicing.
- Adhere to Eaton's Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Certified Engineering Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution or college.
- Three (3) years' experience in the electrical distribution field, managing commercial, transactional, and technical aspects of projects.
- Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate fluently in French with customers and sales teams, and in English with all other supporting functions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- No relocation provided; must currently reside within 80km of the posted working locations to be considered.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Understanding of single line diagram and power distribution knowledge.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on open actions.
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of assignments and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritization of multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior proactive project order management and customer service.
- Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications.
- Experience with O365 platform, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
