About the Role

Eaton, a leading global power management company, is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations department, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating commercial and technical aspects of project orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and coordinate project orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain commercial integrity of project orders, including reviewing customer purchase orders, ensuring system data integrity, and maintaining financial control measures.
  • Manage multiple project orders, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders.
  • Lead project meetings, provide guidance to team members, and ensure project objectives are understood and met.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding project status, shipment schedules, and invoicing.
  • Adhere to Eaton's Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Certified Engineering Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution or college.
  • Three (3) years' experience in the electrical distribution field, managing commercial, transactional, and technical aspects of projects.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate fluently in French with customers and sales teams, and in English with all other supporting functions.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • No relocation provided; must currently reside within 80km of the posted working locations to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Understanding of single line diagram and power distribution knowledge.

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow up on open actions.
  • Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of assignments and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritization of multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior proactive project order management and customer service.
  • Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications.
  • Experience with O365 platform, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
