Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ES AMER PCS division, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the commercial and technical aspects of project orders.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Proactively manage and coordinate project orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project commitments.
- Commercial Integrity: Maintain the commercial integrity of assembled-to-order projects, including reviewing and understanding customer purchase order requirements, ensuring system data integrity, and maintaining financial control measures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, plants, credit, field sales, and other relevant internal departments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of project commitments.
- Leadership: Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members to ensure that project objectives are understood and met.
- Customer Service: Communicate directly with the assigned customer base regarding the status of orders, shipment schedule, invoicing, etc.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Certified Engineering Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution or college.
- Experience: Three (3) years' experience in the electrical distribution field, managing the commercial, transactional, and technical facet of projects.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French (will be required to communicate fluently in French with customers and sales team and in English with all other supporting functions).
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Residency: Must currently reside within 80km of the posted working locations to be considered.
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of single line diagram and power distribution knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Time Management: Must have excellent time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to details and ability to follow up on open actions.
- Leadership: Possess strong leadership and organizational skills and demonstrate ability to take ownership of assignment and customer satisfaction.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications.
- Experience with O365: Experience with O365 platform, SharePoint and Power Automate.
