We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Consultant plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in alignment with Flanagan's objectives.

  • Create and implement business development strategies through market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential areas for growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by conducting due diligence, measuring feasibility, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Negotiate contracts, and deliver a high level of customer service excellence to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve established sales targets and drive revenue growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and support the development of sales team members in the achievement of goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and sales data to drive effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

We require a minimum of 8+ years of Sales and business development experience, including strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.

  • Class G Driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for frequent work-related travel.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, business development strategies, and market analysis.
  • Ability to adapt and demonstrate resiliency to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
  • Flexible to support working outside of regular business hours.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, comprehensive health benefits, and profit-sharing programs.
