About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Stage Experience Lead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor departments and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast members are properly trained in Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service. Partner with your direct manager to address client feedback and concerns.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support the training of all World selling cast members in Client Interactive Technology.
  • Event Management: Assist with in-store events to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop cast members to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
