About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Studio Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that our beauty advisors are adequately trained to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of beauty advisors, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Embrace innovation and ensure that our beauty advisors are leveraging our technology innovations to provide an elevated in-store experience.
  • Manage the services online reservation system, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth flow of clients receiving services.
  • Execute beauty advisors training for all new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
  • Support the Operations team by ensuring all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standard.
  • Ensure all beauty advisors are properly engaging with store brands, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.

Requirements:

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
