Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of care and attention
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our spa services and products
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train and develop the skills of our spa team members
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with our team members, clients, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
