Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at SUMAIR DRYWALL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and even surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coats of plaster to walls and ceilings using a trowel or spray gun
  • Level and smooth out excess compound to ensure a smooth finish
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall finishing or plastering
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. The work environment will be dusty and noisy, and the candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
