We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at SUMAIR DRYWALL LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and even surface. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall finishing or plastering
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and warehouses. The work environment will be dusty and noisy, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
