Corporate Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Turkish Airlines. As a key player in our corporate sales efforts, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts to exceed revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and develop new leads, leveraging direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and client referrals.
  • Showcase our corporate program and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events to establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans, driving growth and revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
  • Analyze corporate sales performance, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
  • Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Competency in MS Office programs.
  • Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
  • Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
