Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers into our spaces and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French is highly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking customers.
  • Sales and Service Skills: Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of skin care and skin care industry, with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
