Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent.
