Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
- User Training: Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Infrastructure Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring seamless operation of our infrastructure.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
