About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Inchol Solutions Inc. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • User Training: Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring seamless operation of our infrastructure.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
