Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a work term of less than 2 years. The work language is English and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
