Job Description

At TRAPPED, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall client experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
