Job Summary
SKILL WORK CEILINGS AND SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience an asset
- Or equivalent experience
