About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infants' Daycare Worker to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding: Ensure the physical needs of infants and toddlers are met, promoting their overall health and well-being.
  • Child-Care Program Development: Design and implement engaging programs that support the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Storytelling and Activities: Lead activities that foster language skills, creativity, and social interaction, including storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Health and Safety: Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues and community service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, and Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Meet all necessary security and safety requirements, including a criminal record check, medical exam, and immunization records.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Personal Suitability: Exhibit strong punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, sound judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude.
