About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at View Royal Childcare Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Maintaining a Safe and Healthy Environment
    • Participate in housekeeping and cooking tasks to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for children.
    • Monitor and maintain daycare equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Support the Development of Children
    • Assist in planning and organizing activities for school-age children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
    • Engage children in creative activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and storytelling, to foster their imagination and creativity.
  • Provide Excellent Care and Support
    • Attend to the needs of infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
    • Guide children in proper habits and routines, promoting their independence and self-confidence.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues and Service Providers
    • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
    • Build relationships with colleagues and service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Meet Licensing Regulations and Requirements
    • Adhere to licensing regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Child development assistant (ECE level 1) certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
