Key Responsibilities

This is a senior leadership role with the primary responsibility of leading the sales community to success. The successful candidate will communicate direction to the team in line with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP's vision and strategy.

The role requires managing the HPE sales motion towards growth and increased profitability, organizing the team, and adapting the resource mix to maximize collective achievement, market coverage, and financial performance.

The Executive Director of Sales will actively coach team members to assure best-in-class individual and team sales performance, as well as manage major Enterprise-level customer engagements to deliver results and create exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales methodologies for end-to-end sales process management
  • Manage sales planning, following up to ensure consistent execution
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
  • Deliver customer feedback and won/loss deal analysis into the broader HPE team
