We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Organize and coordinate the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Provide technical advice to resolve work problems and increase the value and functionality of properties.
  • Schedule work and manage resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced outdoor environment with varying temperatures.
  • Physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and manual labor.
