Baxter is a leading medical innovation company that has been pioneering significant medical breakthroughs for over 85 years. As the Regional Contract and RFP Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful end-to-end management of all RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and Contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain contracts for region respective customers
  • Accountable for the development of contractual verbiage
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely notification of pricing and eligibility to customers
  • Assist all levels of stakeholders with the strategic management of the Contract Calendar
  • Act as Project Manager in all contract resigns, RFP's, and RFI's for the region
  • Execute and manage contract process (new, renewals, capital, consumables, lease, quotes, extensions)
  • Ensure full compliance with Baxter procedures and all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Engage in terms/conditions negotiations internally and externally to support Sales and ensure Baxter's interests are well defended and processes are followed

What You'll Bring

  • University Degree in Business Administration, contracts specialty or related field
  • 2+ years of related experience, healthcare preferred
  • Experience in contract, pricing, and sales support RFP management
  • Professional Designation: PMP, CAPM, or APMP

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual both English and French
  • JD Edwards and Cognos experience
