The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Employee Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications strategies that inspire and engage our employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and deployment of internal communications tools and resources to support employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy an annual internal communications survey to gauge employee sentiment and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate/internal communications or related fields, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in digital communication platforms and tools.
  • Experience with communications data analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
