We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative professional to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing vendor relationships and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing reports, data entry, and expense reports
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Full-time availability is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office is necessary
  • SAP, SharePoint, or Adobe experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential
