Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Co-ordination and Administration Professional to join our team at Conarms Holdings Inc. As an administrative support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages. Your task will also involve compiling data, statistics, and other information, arranging travel, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Furthermore, you will be required to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
