Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring they align with our organization's goals and policies.
• Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Administer policies and procedures related to record release, ensuring compliance with access to information and privacy legislation.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
• Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
