About the Role

Sun Life is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business, providing financial solutions to clients and helping them achieve their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within your network and community
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice on insurance and investment products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver ongoing financial solutions and support
  • Grow your business through referrals and strategic partnerships
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and highly driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs and financial markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Persuasive and able to motivate others to action
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills with a sales-oriented approach
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for Quebec-based positions to serve clients across Canada and worldwide
