IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Envision Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the analysis and implementation of business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Participate as an active member of a functional team, applying advanced business and technical expertise to analyze complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them.
- Business Automation: Liaise with business groups across the organization to facilitate the planning, design, development, and implementation of new or enhanced business systems and processes.
- Development: Participate in the review of business analysis processes and procedures, and have an active role in the development of enhancements to support service optimization.
- Project Management: Lead initiatives of various complexities end-to-end with little supervision, applying strong project management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Participate in orientation and training of end-users with respect to new or modified systems, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) amongst various business stakeholders.
- Team Support: Participate in regular department meetings to discuss current activities and provide an advanced level of input and expertise on problems and issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant degree required.
- Related designation or certification preferred.
- 6 years of related IT experience in a business systems analysis function or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Solid organizational skills to carry out assignments to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to actively participate in the development of complex business solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodology and principles to apply effective leadership on projects and to manage client expectations throughout the life of each project.
- Solid understanding of business functions across the organization.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate consensus building on business/technical requirements and solutions through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge in Software Development Life Cycles, specifically in agile and iterative tools and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of the concepts, theories, practices, and techniques of the information technology field, with emphasis on business systems analysis.
- Advanced technical knowledge and skills to provide expertise to business systems analysis, and understand the relevant programming language, products, and tools.
- Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
Salary Range: $87,280 - $111,800
