We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold, leveraging your knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends.
  • Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long-term sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance license required.
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
  • You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.
