Key Responsibilities- Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold, leveraging your knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends.

- Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
- Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long-term sustainable growth.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met, and provide expert advice to clients.
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Level 2 Insurance license required.
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
- You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
- The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.
