Job Title: Senior Product Associate

At Canada Computers & Electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to the Product Management Team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Facilitate reviews of business processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.
  • Design and deliver presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Support the Product Management Team in the execution of end-of-season plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for improvement in planning, inventory replenishment, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and allocation.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to understand and document business requirements, improving reporting and data availability.
  • Train and socialize analytical tools and capabilities with the broader business, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Conduct annual, quarterly, and in-season planning analysis, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and manage difficult conversations.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other analytical tools.
