Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct support to residents, fostering independence and treating each senior with dignity.
  • Assist residents with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
  • Engage residents in meaningful dialogue and provide attentive support.
  • Completion of training/certification may be necessary based on state guidelines.
