Senior Associate or Counsel Opportunity

HUM Law is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Counsel to join our team in Toronto.

This role requires a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in providing expert legal advice on employment law matters, including litigation and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality work product efficiently, including drafting legal documents and pleadings
  • Communicate legal strategies and updates clearly to clients and the team
  • Proactively manage files independently, with minimal support
  • Conduct workplace investigations, an asset
Requirements
  • Licensed as a lawyer by the Law Society of Ontario
  • ~5 or more years of employment/labour law experience
  • Excellent English language skills, with French language skills an asset
