Job Title: Senior Product Associate

At Canada Computers & Electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to the Product Management Team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to analyze business performance, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Facilitate reviews of business processes and develop plans to optimize and improve them.
  • Communicate findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management through effective meetings and presentations.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement in planning, inventory replenishment, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and allocation.
  • Interact and coordinate with the Product Team to understand and document business requirements to improve reporting and data availability.
  • Train and socialize analytical tools and capabilities with the broader business.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly planning analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and manage difficult conversations.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Office.
