About the Role

Caregivers at Brookdale Senior Living play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating each senior with respect and dignity.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
