Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites, Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 staff members to ensure efficient hotel operations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate and review work to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
    • Arrange for repairs and maintenance to prevent disruptions.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
