Hotel Operations Supervisor

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment. This position involves overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality setting.
The role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort environment, where the supervisor will be responsible for managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the same duties as the staff under supervision.
- Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks for team members.
- Recruit and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Order necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
Direct supervision of 1 to 2 employees is expected.
