Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the operation of hotel systems, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Ensure that all hotel facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
    • Manage the hotel's inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
