Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing inventory, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, including guest complaints and staff conflicts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
