Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Tax Service.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The role involves implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of duties
- Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
- Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
