Ridall Pest Control is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, and ability to adapt to changing situations
