Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at LJH Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and standards.
  • Delegate Work and Establish Priorities: Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare Reports and Data: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform Data Entry: Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Project, Quick Books, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, and teamwork.
